Running 7 games on one framework means the same change lands in many repos. I built a Claude Code plugin for that work, with skills for starting a new game, adopting a framework feature, making a shared change, syncing code, reporting status and running the ship check.
Work moves in waves: specs are staged into each repo, the reports are collected back, and a cross repo ledger kept by a person records what landed where. Activation walkthroughs then check that a person can actually reach each feature in the game, not just that the code exists.
